Love the stark vintage quality... the old chevy (I think) and glass-topped gas pump are awesome. Do you have a time machine?

Great tones, perfect setting.

Cindy, these Route 66 images are absolutely perfect! You have quite the photographic vision for capture and post processing. Love it all, keep it up!

Thanks, Terry and Tony.
Tony, I took it last Wed, November 30th. It actually snowed in this valley the next day. Summers here can be very hot. It is desert. I tried to give it an old-time look to fit this subject. Route 66 is a famous road in the US, often called "The Mother Road". It stretched from Chicago to LA and took millions across to the West in years past. Now, I-40 lays less than a mile from here and cars zoom by. Many of the old motels and gas stations that serviced the early travelers lay in ruin. I love the nostalgia.

Was this taken recently Cindy? If so the processing is perfect to give a feel of maybe the early 60's or around then? Looks really hot there too.

Is this perfect or what? Love it. I love your
processing - it looks vintage!
