Old Timey

Wisconsin

I am amusing myself with a demo copy of Alien Skin 3 (while I wait for the folks at Apple to build my new computer). I'm going back to the archives and fooling around with photos that I never did anything with before. This is an old Kodochrome slide look, complete with dust and scratches. Kind of cracks me up, because after I scan film, I spend a lot of time making sure there is no dust or scratches....now I'm adding it in.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1

Sometimes it is needed. I like the effect it gives this image here. A great idea for this particular shot. I like it!

Thanks Hal, Terry, Pete, Jim, and Bob.
Bob, this was a reenactor from 2009. I had passed over this photo at the time, but I thought it was a good candidate for a low contrast old photo look.

Nice... is this one of the Civil War reenactor people?
