Some pictures from a Monterey Seabirds pelagic birding trip on May 8, 2010. We had sun for the whole trip; a Laysan Albatross; lots of Black-footed Albatross (this being their peak season); many migrating phalaropes, both Red-necked in continously passing small flocks and Red in one big one; and a-plenty of up-close marine mammals.
