I came out to East Texas today to visit my sister (the one in the middle) Sharon for the long weekend. I am the one on the far right and my younger sister, Elizabeth is on the left.

Sharon and I have been very close all our lives and I come out to visit every chance I get. I think I was about 19 here and she was probably about 22 which would have made Liz about 15 or so.

I took a picture of this picture today that hangs in her hallway and when I look at this and all the others it reminds me of how very blessed I am and what a great life I've had. And, I still feel that way, even though sometimes life throws us a curve ball.

When you have friends and family, you are rich beyond material things!
