I find this gull interesting for several reasons - the strongly patterened neat coverts especially this time of year when almost all the other RBGU's are faded/messy looking - the markings on the tertials, typically RBGU is more simple/plain - the bill although within the range of a small RBGU bill also a little mew looking.
