This has been an incredible busy week for me. Yesterday I was finally sworn in and I am now an American Citizen. This means very much to me in many different aspects, including careerwise. I have to be citizen in order to have a chance later on to become officer. I take small steps, but citizenship was one of my goals for this year and it is now accomplished. Tomorrow I have soldiers board, which will prepare me for the Sergeants board in January. I have studied hard, but I am not sure if I have a chance to take the win tomorrow. I think though that in any event the simple appearance will aid me to become more comfortable with presenting myself to others. My goal for the next six month is to achieve my Sergeant, the other half of the year I will attempt to make it my goal to actually be ready to apply for the program that will hopefully give me the chance to go to school for two years in order to become a RN and an officer. I am reaching high...these days.
