where there is neither full daylight nor complete darkness.
The time is considered special because of the quality of the light at this time of day.

This morning was the start of the daylight savings time.
Getting up at 6:30AM was really 7:30AM the old time.
Confusing and lost zzzzzz in the process.

Is this the blue hour?
The clouds sure looked blue to me.
