NGC 2207 size = 4.3' X 2.6'
IC 2163 size = 2.7' X 1.1'
Located approx 150 Million light years away these two galaxies will merge together in
a couple of billion years and become one large galaxy - the larger galaxy NGC 2207 is
the slightly closer of the two ie IC 2163 is in the background.

But there is up and down in the sky! I just prefer seeing it the same way round as in the Hubble image. I'm very particular when it comes to orientation. Plus I think this would have made a nice Valentine's Day release. :-)
