As you can see from the crowds reaction, everyone in Milwaukee raises their hands, laughs,and cheers these 4 weenies on.
These Sausages have become a fan favorite and even got national attention when Randall Simon (of the Pittsburgh Pirates) knocked over the Italian Sausage with his bat during a game.
Taken on my summer ballpark tour of six stadiums in 2003.
By the way, the Italian sausage was the "wiener" of the race.
