You're right, David, that the "neon insanity" (I like that description!) isn't only in Jongno. This photo was taken out my apartment window. At 400mm, I'm just far away enough from this street that the noise doesn't bother me.

*Neon Insanity* - too funny! So true, not only there in Jong-ro. The glowing palm trees are also one of my favorites.
