Valet parking

This was, what we would have called during my military years, a target of opportunity. I caught it out of the corner of my eye and pulled over. There was no easy access to the cars across a large, water filled ditch, so I pulled out the trusty 80-400 and took the shot.

Hi Steve, I love this photo effect. For the last 3 days I had been googling and googling to try to find something regarding this effect but to no avail. And low and behold, I checked your gallery and realize you have used it. It looks great. It works so well on these photos of old cars, buildings. I don't know whether it is proper to ask you what this effect is called, or if is it an add-on filter for Photoshop because I don't know if that would be "stealing" someone else's technique. :o/ So if you would prefer not to disclose the method, just ignore this message and I will understand 100%. Great work. I keep coming back for more of these wonderful NS shots!
