Many of you do not know
that I was a certified personal trainer
in another life...
If there were more than 3 active folks in my town,
I would consider running a bootcamp! Well, I guess
I do run a bootcamp, but it is just for me. I am really good
at kicking my own arse ;)
This is my friend Sharon, and today is her
birthday. How many "fifty-something's" do
you know, who would get up at 5 am on their
