I googled Lemon Thyme recipes.... I had some in my garden and had never used it before...
I found this recipe on from Giada..... the reviews were mixed... people either loved them or hated them.

Well, I have to tell you, that these are so good, that it is making me fudge on my 8 months without sugar intake..... OMG!!!!!! The only thing I can think of for the folks who didn't like them, is that they used the dried herb Thyme and not fresh..... Soooooooooo Delicious!
