This fella is among a small group of peace protesters, who like clockwork, show up every Tuesday at
lunchtime to demonstate in front of the federal building in downtown Ann Arbor. The faces sometimes
change, but come rain or snow the protesters have been there every week since the U.S. invasion of
Iraq in March of last year.
I really like the way the guy's relaxed pose and expression contrasts with the message he conveys in the signs he's holding up and on his t-shirt. I like the way you have included the US flag next to him too - which gets across to me powerfully that there are many brands of patriotism. Superb capture.
Great photo! I really like your comp!
It's got a certain timelessness about it. This guy could have been around 30 years ago - protesting the war in Vietnam.
Very nice catch!

Good piece of documenting, and great sharp colours.
Also interesting, that's dedication... but when do they eat lunch?
