Green Light No Go

Powered by remnants of Hurricane Ike, record levels of
rain fell on Chicago and its suburbs on September 13, 2008.
While the 6.68 inches (17cm) registered an all time high since
record keeping started in 1871, in some places more than
8 inches (20.3cm) fell within 24 hours.

Given the green light to take this shot and you certainly made the most of it. Like it very much.
Wish we had some of this juice in our neck of the woods, we could make use of it in many ways.
