Instead of a coal chute, this thing has three 220V circuits for power.
Not all three are used at once, but they provide redundancy in case one or two of the circuits go down.

ALSO, MAKE SURE THAT THE P1A AND P12 ARE RECONFIGURED FOR VARIABLE AMPLITUDE OR THE WHOLE THING WILL FRY!! A SECONDARY CROSSOVER OF LESS THAN 1.5VOLTS COULD RENDER THE UPTAKE UNIT NULL.

Impressive equipment. Be sure to disconnect the resistive fratostat bypass circuit before energizing, lest you melt all of our images. :-)
