This was the night that Brendon was born. Not the best image technically, but it sure held the most emotinal impact of all the images I took this year. He was asleep in Crystal's arms when I walked up and called his name. He then opened his eyes, looked at me, and raised his arms to say "Hi daddy, I'm here! and I like you camera!"

With a drop of tear in my eye, I quickly pressed the shutter and captured this beautiful moment. This picture is proudly displayed above my desk and I tell people that this was the very first time that Brendon called me 'Daddy'.
