It doesn't take much to make me happy!
I love to laugh and sometimes it is the simplest things that will set me off and I think that is a good thing.
Life is too short and laughter is so important.

I remember the time I had jury duty. When we took a lunch break, I was chatting with a gal on the way down the escalator and something was said and I started to laugh.
From a few steps behind me I heard a voice say... "Is that Fay?"
I turned to look behind me, and there was a young fella I had precepted when he was a nursing student doing his intensive care experience.
I had not seen him in several years but evidently I have a distinctive laugh and he remembered it.
I suppose there are worse things to be remembered for! We had a wonderful chat and I wished him luck in his new career.

So today I went to the Rockwall Rubber Duck Regatta.
It is a fun and unique fundraising event for two great organizations, Boys and Girls Club of Rockwall County and Meals on Wheels of Rockwall County.
Rubber ducks race down the fountains at The Harbor in Rockwall.
These ducks, were adopted by supporters of the fundraiser, and raced toward the finish line, to win prizes for their adoptive parents.

When I saw this little duck with braces on his teeth, I couldn't help but laugh hysterically!
Like I said... it doesn't take much!
