All images depict the scenery of Appleton and Grappenhall, two small rural villages in the County of Cheshire, North West England.

This gallery is a beautiful display of excellent composition of subjects and the exceptional use of light. As photographers, we should become visually sensitive of how light can change the whole mood of an image and the viewer's reaction to that image. If we understand this process and are aware of how landscape is shaped by light then we can record an array of emotions evoked by the interaction of light upon the landscape. You have done this in this beautiful gallery.

A broader dynamic range than a camera can handle without help. Even more than possible with nd grad filters, better than hdr generally produces. Looks like work with Photomatrix. Beyond realistic but very beautiful images.

These all have an unnatural light to them, like you shot the scene in daylight then at sunset and combined the two. They are pretty scenes, just don't seem natural to me.
