I really should research the story behind this grave. You can see by the mark on the stone where it has been pulled from the ground after many years of sinking deeper and deeper. Also, until recently, it faced the opposite direction and was about 10 feet to the left of where it now stands.

This is the first of a series I will do from this cemetery. Lots of great stories there.

Every picture should tell a story. Yours tells only half of one, which makes it more intruiging. Nice cropping.
