Yes I can see why you came back. It's a beautiful area of the country - I was there earlier this year... but of course you've got family to visit as well. Hope you had a great time Sheila.

This takes me back! My Dad attempted (and succeeded) in traversing this pass in the fading light as we came back from Seascale when I was about 10! My mum ordered him not to try the next pass (the Wrynose) although I think that is tamer. Have a great time here in blighty!
