Lovely. I used to have a female MM [Ben]when I lived at St Ives [1976 -1986] & she used to fly around & sit on my shoulder [Tinker, the Galah, on th other] whilst I took my kids for rides around CollegeCrescent & Yarrabung Road. She got hooked up witb a flock of sulphurs one day & it took 3 days to find her, about 3 miles away in Turramurra. Not as bright as a Galah, but so beautiful. She would preen my eyelashes & murmur sweet nothings to me while I worked in my study. Thanks for your photos - brings back the Sydney-sickness. Living in Plymouth , Devon now with two galahs, one 40+ [from Dubbo] who flies around like a Maltese Spitfire [no odds of Seagulls or Rooks put him off] and a 8.y.o English born who is still learning circuits & bumps in the gardens.

Really? that's what it's called?
Nice detail in the feathers and interesting shrimp color.
