A colourful and eye-catching image, Kent.
I find the inclusion of the padlocked doors both interesting and puzzling.
What a great street shot this is, good eye to find ! Excellent. V.
Wonderful capture with the light hearted street art above and the heavy duty cellar door below. So typical on NYC. V
Great image with the basement entrance in front of the eye catching art .
Nice detail in this scene .
the cellar door is a sobering receptacle for starstruck dreams...reverberates with a loaded immediacy...V
very very strong graphics; I love how you made the door such an important piece of this composition. Truly wonderful street work..V!!
I really like the sharp contrast , the bold colors and graphic style of this urban photo .

Good shot, make me wonder what is beneath the doors....... V
Brilliant shot Bro, great composition on this colorful find! You are "Mr. Manhattan!" V++ :-)
very beautiful compo ! v
A bit of legerdemain going on here...a magician's trick of "upright dividing the lady in two." Her body encased below, locked and secure behind metal doors; her face peering above! Sultry-off kilter eyes, amblyopia of the richest blue, Angelina Jolie lips so full and kissable that the philtrum is foreshortened, and emitting Hollywood stars so dazzling that the NYC taxi has jumped the curb. All an illusion...she is safe and whole and quite likely to remain so.
The secret is behind that door...great street art and storyteller Kent! :-)
Like your idea for this composition.
Bravo Shatt! Very good shot. V
Beautiful piece and well captured. Agree with eye2see that the basement door is great additional element in the scene. BV
Bold and a beautiful street art! Also my compliments in creating the story by including the door to the basement!
