These two little guys birthdays are within a couple of months of each other. They are cousins and they couldn't be any more different. Both are very much little boys but with much different styles. One is very loud and very verbal. The other is quiet and cuddly. They each have a style of mischief that is reflective of those personalities. Lots of fun!! Hugs and kisses you little monkeys.

This little guy was just hanging out on the edge of the tub. When I got down close he reared back as if to challenge me to a fight. He was probably all of a quarter inch long. Very small. He does look a little ferrocious here.

What great eyes. Windows to a soul so loving and kind.

This little guy has been here behind this wall plaque on the patio for months now. Every time we go out we take a peek. Today he peeked out at us so I could get this photo. It seems as if all these critters around here understand that we are not going to hurt them.

What a delightful place! Pacific Photography Society Meetup of San Diego, California planned this great afternoon. So much to see and photography. Lots of local color and wonderful weather. We stayed to shoot the sunset and then off to a fantastic little bar and grill for dinner and drinks. Great assortment of tacos for Taco Tuesday. Wonderful prices too.

What a beautiful Sunset. No way to really capture the impact. Wonderful big fluffy pink clouds in every direction and a nearly full bright moon with a large ring glowing around it sitting right in the middle of one huge pink cloud. By the time I got my camera out this was all I could get and a moon on a deep azure sky. No more Pink fluffy clouds. Where did they go soooooo fast??

We all had a great day at the park and then a nice lunch together back at the house. We played catch and climbed all over the equipment, chased and even played with Mike's new friend, a little chameleon he got for Christmas. Lots of fun.

Lovely day out in Ramona, California for an annual event called Hawk Watch. It is put on by Wildlife Research Institute. It was very informative and a great place to get some up close shots of some magnificent raptors both captive and free. Great presentation.

Just kicking around taking photos of plants in my backyard and then a trip to the Chiropractor. As my Photo teacher says, "Wear you camera as a piece of clothing to get great shots." In other words, Don't leave home with out it. Soooooo on my way home I stopped at a small natural pond at the side of the road. The Mallard ducks were very uncooperative but this tumble weed posed ever so nicely.

This is a photo of the picture from the cover of Art's favorite childhood book. I am taking photos to send away to see what can be done about restoration without making it a new book. It really has some very charming water color pictures and a delightful story.

This little guy comes every morning and afternoon to the back patio and gorges himself. He is kept very busy trying to keep all the other birds away. I have a huge array of feeders and areas that I put food on the ground and posts and he frantically tries to patrol them all. He is usually the first one here to Birdie Cafe and the last one to leave. You can see what it has done to his "girlish figure". Oh well.

The sky is just a continuous source of beautiful cloud formations these days. Every day is a new wonderful canvas, changing by the minutes. What will we get tomorrow?
