Almost ten months after Katrina thousands of abandoned and junked motor vehicles still litter the streets and underpasses of New Orleans. Way to vote, people! Re-elect the mayor who does nothing!
One man could not stand looking at it all so decided to paint some of them a vanilla color, tires, windscreens and all. About a month later, someone has done some art work on this one with fish.
