This very powerful picture has three distinct levels that complement each other. Any of the levels would be a great picture on its own, but the melding of the images creates this fine shot. Vote.

Coleen, these are probably lesser scaup ducks. I saw a flock of them at the east end of the locks the other day. Beautiful clouds and sunset. I left from work to late to capture it.
