Actually, one of my favorite images from this trip. Evoked fall for me in a huge way. a bit lonely, a bit nostalgic, very transitional toward the cold, stripped bare, shortened days of winter.
As it happened the air was chilly, it was late in the day and the sun was gone, and there was a distinct autumn feel with leaves falling, floating, and the single short arching foot bridge creating a sense of seasonal transition, as if it represented the bridging of seasons to winter.
Not as iconic or immediately impactful as some but for me, loaded with emotional content. what do you think?
