If there is a time to visit this wonderful city, Spring is it. The 70 degrees and no humidity that DC had while I was there this past week was a very different experience than the last trip I took to DC which was in early July of 1994. I have never been more hot than that day I last walked the Mall. This is especially significant since I lived in Atlanta for a couple years.

These spring flowers in front of the capital officially brought and end for me to what has been another long winter.
