Rush Hour

PGBT & IH 75, Plano, Texas view map

To get this, I pulled onto the shoulder at the top of the President George Bush Turnpike where it goes over IH 75 Central. I took several different types of shots in addition to this one. I had some other ideas I would have liked to have tried, but as I stood up from leaning over the edge, I noticed the cop that had pulled up to a stop behind my car when I wasn't looking. I didn't think he would appreciate me changing lenses and going back to taking photos, so I smiled, waved, got back in my car, and continued on my way to work.
I suspect if I hadn't, he would have gotten out of his car and told me to "Keep Moving".

This week's challenge was, "Keep Moving"

A good balance with the moving and the still. Having a red car is also adding to the image. Well done.

Superbly done, excellent capture.
I was going to do something similar as a night shot, but didn't have time.

Nice shot. I like the blurred motion.

Nice to know that the police are vigilant to suspicious activities
I'm sure he ran your plate number
I suspect that photographers get that kind of attention more than we realize

Looks a long way down to me, scary & you have black'n'white white lines, there's novel!
Good sense of speed :)
