Window to Other Worlds

Home, kitchen

EDIT: For those who have asked how I did it, this was one of those lucky finds.
I was at the breakfast table the other evening swapping lenses on my camera. I took off one lens, set it lens cap side down on the table, and noticed the reflections created by the light hanging over the breakfast table. This is basically what I saw, just smaller since it was reflected in the glass on the mount-side of the lens. I capped the end, turned the lens over, and checked the reflection from the front. I liked it even better. I then checked the same reflections in my 75-300mm lens, and my 100mm macro. I decided the 28-75 lens created the best collection of reflections and colors.
I used the 100mm macro lens to shoot the photo.
