Baby's First Steps

In our garden

This little Damsel had just emerged from it's larval skin.
At first it's little wings were saggy and wet, but soon took proper shape.
What a little miracle.

Another incredible macro Sayer. They are so delicate when they first emerge arent they. What a shame you didnt see (and photograph) the full emergence as it is very well worth watching.
