Petey suddenly fell ill and died today (May 3, 2009). He was very sweet and such a joy and will be missed so very much.

I just attended the Plymouth Camera Club last Tuesday where they showed some of your magnificent images. Now, I'm perusing your website and marveling at your photos! I have 7 cats and share your love of them. I'm very sorry to hear about Petey--on my birthday, no less! How did it happen? Why did he get sick? Was he elderly? Losing a pet is about the saddest thing that can happen in life. You have my deepest sympathies. Hope to meet you in Plymouth some day.

I'm feeling with you brother. My dearest thing (Labolina the Cat) fell out of my bedroom window (6 floors) in august last year. Days like these are impossible to forget :/ Beautiful pictures of him though! (V)
