Dear Jeff:
Why is Dorthy Kingery selling this house? Surely it can't be for lack of funds/.money. Her brother's blood, sweat, and soul is embedded in just about every room, every fiber of this fine home.
I was sitting on my porch the other day, thinking about how wonderful it is to have family - to pass our legacy and personal things of "rememberance" on to.
I read this... and I'm more shocked than disappointed.
I hope this woman has come to her senses, this home is NOT about momey, this is her family's heritage. This should be passed on to her children, and theirs, paying respect and homage to her brother, their uncle, great uncle to the beautiful city of Savannah. One should be so lucky to have a "life's quest" already mapped out.
That's the beauty of it all, the true hard work has been done by Mr. Jim A. Williams many years ago!
Keep his home in the family, it's part of his legacy and theirs!
