My camera and tripod over my shoulder, I was ready to give up on seeing a colorful sunset. Only disappointing gray, gray, gray behind Yosemite's most
recognizable icons. But as we photographers know, you'd better wait to the end, for Mother Nature often toys with us. Our reward for patience and
perserverance was this last moment flash of color. You could hear a gasp of joy from those of us who waited until the very last glorious moment.
