Like Trees? Like Rocks? Escalante PETRIFIED FOREST State Park

What a wonderful discovery, stumbling upon this rich petrified forest on the Scenic Route 12, Utah, traveling from Arches to Bryce. Unlike the one in Arizona, most of this forest is located on a hillside. I love the color and contours.
