Following a recent house-move (in 2012) I came across my above old school badges, 50+ years since I last wore them. All the students had to wear the one on the left, our school badge. I got elected to Head Boy as related on the previous slide, and I was simultaneously a House Captain; so I had to wear all three throughout the 1960 school year. I do not recall how I became a House Captain, whether by appointment by the Principal or through election by House members? Nevertheless, the school was divided into 4 Houses, St Xavier, St Bosco, St Pius, and St Jude. I seem to recall that I was a House Captain when I was in Standard XI and again also in my final year, Standard XII. One was St Xavier, the other was St Pius. Memory fails me as to which House I was Captain of in which year!
