War-torn Bus

As a kid and teenager, I spent lots of time on these.
Saw lots of life on these buses...friendships, fights,
muggings, pick-pockets, jumpers, flirtations, even romances...

Note: What caught my attention for this shot was the ad for
the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital. I used to live in the area
and knew the place well. Sorry if this offends anyone,
but I always thought is was a funny name for a hospital.
I used to joke to my buddy Vinny..."The Bronx and Lebanon,
two war-torn places!" :-)

2nd Note: I also couldn't stop laughing at the ad because the lady
with the stethoscope smiling in the third photo from left
looks just like my mom!

Interesting photo and notes Sam. I still spend a lot of time on buses I rather read a book in the traffic jam than get stress out in the car. It also helps to reduce your carbon footprint. +V
