I have never done bird or wildlife photography before,
it's not my forte. Therefore, I was suprised to capture some
decent shots of birds in flight with the SD14 and 100mm f/2.8 EX
macro lens, not exactly a birding combo. This is 100% crop,
some sharpening applied (it may, in fact, be oversharpened).
The AF on the SD14 is much improved over the SD9/SD10, and
noticeably superior in low-light, although not infallible,
with occasional hunting, but certainly not as bad as the
SD9/SD10, under similar conditions.
