Forget about Gumby, this is a great image, with the slats on the diagonal suggesting a rushing movement and the filtered light that goes from dark to brighter glimmers. And the parallel framing by the two verticals, one completely solid, and other amorphous. And the unused double wall plugs that convey emptiness, maybe uselessness. Entire image is evocative.

Intriguing image. Two little faces, wide eyes, open mouths, saying OH! and peering out of a half striated shadowy rectangle. Why, they are little Gumby characters's faces turning up on the wall!
