Wild mushrooms, such as morels, MUST be cooked! (however, there's at least one very, very, very odd exception to that rule)
Butter and olive oil; very simple seasoning: salt and pepper, scallions (shallots are much better, though).
Garilc overwhelms the assertive but delicate morel flavor, and is best avoided here.
