IMGP9238.jpg

Here is a close-up of the Wellsville Mountains again, to the northeast. The Sun behind me has not yet fallen behind the cloudbank forming in the west over the Promontory Range. These mountains are very steep and rugged with lots of deer and some mountain goats and cougars. Most of the bear are further north and east into Idaho and Wyoming. This mountain range shown here is about 35 miles south of the Idaho-Utah border, just north of Brigham City, Utah, my home.
