After the appalling weather we've had for the last few weeks we finally had some sun ! Perfect for the local annual Lavender festival. For lunch we had the farm's own organic Aberdeen Angus beefburgers, with Lavender chutney, washed down with their own apple juice. Delicious ! There was lavender ice cream, Lavender cakes and biscuits, lots of lovely Lavender smelly stuff of course, in fact everything imagineable (and unimagineable).
