I've been watching and waiting for the poppies to appear in our local fields and was delighted when I spotted a swathe of them yesterday on the way home from work. Not as many as last year, but very colourful all the same. Based at home today I popped out first thing in tne morning and snatched some pics in glorious sunshine. I was surprised to see this pink poppy amongst the red.
