3622

This set would not be complete without 3622 Main St.
The only remaining detached private house amongst all the commercial buildings.

From the horns mounted on the upper floor window,
to the elbow door knocker and of course the mannequin heads in the window,
this place has a personality all its own.

A few months ago, a local television human interest story aired featuring its inhabitant.
He was a fellow in his forties and was renting the place...
he was a collector of the curious and unusual and of course living
on Main St. was perfect for his pursuit.

He also liked living in the lone house on this busy street because he could
play his music loud late into the night without any complaints from neighboors.

The old Chevy Apache pickup truck seen earlier in this gallery was his ride.

I love the "people" peeping out of the window!! They add so much to the atmosphere. What a cool looking place this is and you captured it very well.

The mannequin heads in the window suggest one with quite an eccentric personality occupies this space...the processing really fits the image well!
