A major celebration of maritime traditions, Escale à Sète happens every two years in March or April - in Sète, the Mediterranean's most important fishing port.
Over a hundred boats, with some of the most magnificent riggings in France and from around the world, will be coming alongside in the centre of town.  From the Savonnerie quay to the Saint Louis pier, from the canals to the fish market; celebrations on the Île Singulière will abound over four days!

• In 2018, the Hermione, the full-size replica of La Fayette's famous frigate will be the guest of honor. Many historical tall ships are also expected to commemorate the centenary of the end of the First World War.
