Everest (black rock) and Lhotse (white peak right and front) taken from near the summit of Kala Patthar (5551m). Everest base camp in a few hundred metres below left.

This view was taken just down from the summit of Kala Patthar because of the more interesting foreground. I did want to hang around for a few hours to get warmer light, but the -20c temperatures and high altitude made waiting around very un-appealing!

Taken hand held, no filters, no post processing except dust removal.
