Good positioning. It may not be the most inviting vista in the world (rather grey and with a slightly chilly air to it) though the low angle of the light gives the place a bit of character; you chose the right time of day to shoot it. But more to the point I like the long leading line that you have running from the breakwater all the way up the roadway.
