Today I packed a lunch and followed some boats through several lockstations along the Rideau (while also keeping an eye out for interesting dragonflies). By the time my stomach was grumbling, I had made it here to Edmonds Locks where plenty of large, shady trees made for a good picnic spot on this hot day.
