Just outside of Uniontown, Washington, is this quaint barn owned by the Dahmen family. It is commonly
known as the Dahmen Barn or Wheel Barn and it's pretty popular with photographers many of whom come to
Uniontown just to see and photograph it. We were told by volunteers working on restorations inside the
barn that day, that the owners, Steve and Junette Dahmen, who are getting up there in years, have
donated the historic barn and wheel fence to the community of Uniontown.

This is a pretty straight forward shot of the barn showing part of the 1000 metal wheel fence which
was constructed by Steve Dahmen. I'll be posting more images of this wonderful barn taken from various
angles. It was a pretty dull, drizzly morning when we arrived at the Dahmen farm, but the sun did peek
out ever so briefly when I was taking this shot. Smile
