I am not en pointe, but it does hurt. It takes several years of ballet training and great ankle and back strength. In this picture though, it looks like she's about to fall!

Splendid capture, with the perfect line "of this nice dancer body". I'm not a technical expert in dance but on top it look very nice and not easy to do. And as usual ligh is very good.V
